Expansion of Operations
We established a dedicated manufacturing unit in Kolkata, employing 60 people and equipped with state-of-the-art machinery imported from Germany to enhance production capabilities.

Phase 3
Expanding Global Reach
As customer demand grew, Pacific Garments became one of the largest exporters to Japan, marking our entry into international markets.
1985
Phase 4
Diversification into Women’s Apparel
In response to market trends, we diversified our product range to include a variety of women’s apparel, accessories, and cosmetics, establishing a strong presence in the women’s fashion sector.
1989
Phase 5
Relocation of Headquarters
To accommodate our expanding operations, the company relocated its headquarters to Delhi, broadening our national presence and operational efficiency.

Establishment of Manufacturing Hubs
With increasing demand, we identified and appointed six manufacturing hubs across India and expanded our operations with the addition of Unit 2.

Expansion to Unit 3
In line with our growing client base and production requirements, we expanded operations by opening Unit 3.

Acquisition of Noida Factory
To streamline operations and achieve economies of scale, we acquired a large facility in Noida. This move consolidated all production units into one centralized location, positioning us for consistent growth in the years to come.

Phase 11
Infrastructure Expansion
As demand continued to grow, we relocated our operations to Noida and invested in 100 additional machines to meet production needs and increase efficiency.
2007
Phase 12
Expansion into European Markets
We successfully entered the European market, further extending our global reach. To support this expansion, we increased our machine capacity to 300, enhancing production capabilities.
2008
Phase 13
Overcoming Adversity
In April 2008, Pacific Garments faced a major challenge when a devastating fire struck our factory, causing significant disruption. However, this adversity was a turning point. We quickly adapted, learning valuable lessons about resilience and quality control under difficult circumstances. Thanks to the unwavering support of our customers, we managed to meet service deadlines despite the setback. By May 2008, we shifted to a temporary office in Noida with 40 machines and resumed operations.

Return to Full Production
After overcoming the challenges of 2008, we moved back into our fully operational facility, now equipped with 200 machines, marking a successful recovery and a strong return to business.

Expansion Plans
In response to our growing market demands, we purchased new land for future expansion, laying the foundation for a more robust and larger manufacturing facility.

Construction of New Production Factory

Achieving SEDEX Compliance
