Ms. Madhushree Gupta – Director
Ms. Madhushree Gupta brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as Director at Pacific Garments Pvt. Ltd. With over 40 years of industry experience, she manages the company’s finance and administration functions. Her responsibilities include formulating and implementing robust financial strategies, internal controls, and policies to ensure the efficient delivery of products to customers. Mr. Sandeep Dobrial – Operations & Customer Relationship Manager

Mr. Rakesh Gupta – Senior Manager, Business Development & Operations
Mr. Rakesh Gupta joined Pacific Garments in 2004, bringing with him an MBA from the University of East London and a passion for operational efficiency. He is responsible for business development, including the identification of new clients, markets, and product lines, as well as managing day-to-day operations. His strong analytical skills and keen problem-solving abilities ensure smooth business operations and the continued growth of the company.
Ms. Nandita Gupta – Fashion Designer
Ms. Nandita Gupta, a graduate of NIFD Kolkata, joined Pacific Garments in 2007. As a fashion designer, she plays a key role in developing innovative designs and overseeing key client relationships. Nandita’s keen sense of aesthetics and her ability to integrate contemporary design trends into new product development has significantly contributed to the company’s success.
