Quality Assurance

In order to accomplish complete control on the quality of the finished product, it is imperative to have stringent quality checks on the raw material and Pacific does not lag behind. Stringent quality control procedures based on AQL 4 point system are laid out based on which all fabrics that come into the warehouse are screened and categorized.

There is an in-house laboratory that is equipped with testing machines on Specified standards.. Some of the tests conducted are, tensile strength, tearing strength, pitting test, PH check, color fastness to light, laundering and crocking, GSM check etc.

In house developed grading systems based on ERP provides detailed information on suppliers and their past performance predefined quality norms. Suppliers are encouraged by the company and their ratings by the way of propagating international quality control procedures. The process of quality control is carried forward in the sewing area through internationally acclaimed systems like the traffic light Quality assurance system.

Single minded determination to maintain and follow preset quality norms stipulated in the company’s Quality manual that meets the requirement of the most stringent quality conscious clients has helped Pacific maintain a niche in quality.
